SCRIPTS

Exploring how different scientific disciplines can come together to improve the human condition is no simple task. From astronomy to medicine, the GSUTV Innovation Imaging Hub takes on an ambitious question: can studying the universe help us better understand—and even treat—human diseases like macular degeneration? At its core, the story brings together complex ideas, technical language, and perspectives that don’t often share the same space.
As the scriptwriter, my challenge was to shape that complexity into a narrative that feels clear, engaging, and human. It wasn’t about oversimplifying the science, but about finding the balance where depth and accessibility meet. The goal was to create a story that invites the audience in—one that connects distant worlds and suggests that sometimes, the answers to our most human problems might begin by looking up at the stars.
